Is An Agency Good?
I have a few website projects coming up, and writing all the content myself may be too much. While looking for options, I found online copywriting agency. Has anyone here worked with an online agency before? Was communication easy even though everything was done online? Did the writers follow your instructions? I would really like honest feedback from people with real experience. What should I ask before starting a project? Was there anything about the process that surprised you?
